Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 9, 2026

Protecting visitors’ privacy matters to Redika Magazine. This policy explains what information may be received when you visit the site, post a comment, create an account, use a contact form, or interact with site features; why we process it; and what choices and rights users have.

Who We Are

Redika Magazine is an online publication covering health and beauty, skincare, haircare, makeup, fragrance, fashion, and lifestyle. Our website is https://redikashop.com/. Learn more on our About and Editorial Policy pages.

Information We May Collect

  • Name, display name, username, and email address;
  • Information entered in comments or contact forms;
  • IP address, browser, operating system, and technical device identifiers;
  • Visit time, viewed pages, referring page, and technical errors;
  • Account information and selected settings;
  • Wishlist, comparison, or other account-feature data;
  • Security data used to detect spam, unauthorized access, and malicious activity;
  • Any information you voluntarily include in a comment, profile, or message.

Comments

When visitors submit comments, we receive the form data together with the IP address and browser information to display and manage comments, reply, prevent spam, detect abuse, and protect the site. An approved display name and comment may be public; email addresses are not displayed publicly. If Gravatar is enabled, an anonymized hash derived from your email may be sent to that service to check for a profile image.

Contact Forms

Contact forms may collect your name, email, subject, message, and attachments. We use them to answer requests, review error reports and correction requests, assess collaboration or advertising proposals, prevent spam, and maintain necessary correspondence records. Contact-form data is not used for unsolicited marketing unless you separately give clear consent.

Accounts

If registration is available, the site may store a username, email, encrypted password, display name, and account preferences. WordPress stores passwords as secure hashes rather than readable text. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and may view or edit eligible account details; usernames may be technically restricted.

Uploaded Media

Avoid uploading files containing location metadata such as EXIF GPS. Do not upload identity documents, medical or financial information, precise addresses, confidential numbers, or other sensitive data unless Redika specifically and necessarily requests it.

Cookies

Redika and WordPress may use cookies required for site operation. Comment cookies can remember your name, email, and website for up to one year. A temporary login-page cookie may test browser support and normally disappears when the browser closes. Login cookies usually last two days; display preferences may last up to one year; “Remember Me” may keep a session for two weeks. Technical cookies may support wishlists, comparisons, preferences, security, sessions, and caching. You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser, but blocking all cookies may disable login, comments, or other features.

Embedded and External Content

Articles may embed video, images, maps, or social posts. External providers may receive technical information, set cookies, record interactions, or connect activity to your account with that provider. YouTube, Aparat, Instagram, Telegram, and other services have their own privacy policies and are not directly controlled by Redika.

Affiliate Links and Advertising

Some pages may include advertising, advertorials, or affiliate links. A destination site may receive your IP address, browser type, referrer, or link identifier and may use advertising or analytics cookies under its own policy. Redika currently does not sell products directly or store bank-card details. This policy will be updated if direct sales or payment processing are introduced.

Technical Logs and Analytics

Hosting, server, and security tools may record IP addresses, request time and duration, requested URL, browser and operating system, server responses, errors, failed logins, and suspicious activity. These logs help detect attacks, prevent unauthorized access, resolve errors, and maintain stability. Redika currently does not use Google Analytics for direct visitor tracking. Aggregated server reports and tools such as Google Search Console may be used to improve content, search performance, security, and site operation.

Why We Process Information

We process data to provide and maintain the site; create and manage accounts; display and moderate comments; answer messages; prevent spam, fraud, attacks, and unauthorized access; fix technical problems; fulfill requested collaborations; meet legal obligations; and protect Redika and its users.

Sharing

Redika does not sell personal information. Data may be shared only as necessary with hosting and server providers, email and system-message providers, security, backup and anti-spam tools, Gravatar, embedded-content providers, technical contractors who need access to resolve a problem, or authorities acting under a valid legal requirement. External providers process data under their own policies and applicable laws.

Retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, site security, request handling, and legal or technical requirements. Comments may remain while published; account data remains while an account is active or until a valid deletion request is completed; correspondence is kept as needed for response and follow-up; and logs follow server and security-tool retention settings. Backups may retain deleted information for a limited technical period before normal rotation.

Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law and technical limitations, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of personal information Redika holds about you. Some data may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, or legal obligations. You can also manage cookies through your browser and unsubscribe from optional communications.

Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Do not send sensitive information unless it is specifically required. If we become aware of a material incident, we will respond in accordance with applicable requirements.

Children

The site is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal data may contact us to request review and deletion.

Changes and Contact

We may update this policy when services, tools, or legal requirements change. The latest version and date will appear on this page. For privacy questions or requests, use our Contact Us page or email info@redika.shop.
